Site Design
MP3Mixx has a very plain site design, but the site works perfectly. It doesn’t need some fancy design to do the job. Songs are 15¢ each on the site and it’s packed with world top albums, best sellers, charts and new mp3 albums.
Up-To-Date?
MP3Mixx may not be as full as other sites, but it is very up-to-date. All new albums can be found on the site and it’s always being updated.
Music Selection
MP3Mixx has the second biggest music library of all the sites I’ve reviewed, after MP3Skyline, with over 3,000,000 tracks to browse and download.
Sign-Up
Registering with MP3Mixx is really quick and easy. However, they are one of the few sites that do not offer anything for free when you register.
Top-Up
The catch with the cheap songs is the amount of cash needed in order to start using the site. You need to top up a minimum of $20.00 in order to start downloading music. Other sites, like Soundike have a lower minimum top up of $15.00, so if you’re a bit broke, try out Soundike instead.
Payments
MP3Mixx accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Visa Electron, Discover, Diners Club, Delta, Solo or Switch as payment methods to your account.
Offers
The minimum top up on MP3Mixx is $20.00, however, top up a little extra and you can get yourself some free credit: Top up $50.00 to get $10.00 for free or top up $100.00 to get $25.00 for free.
My Opinion
MP3Mixx lacks a good site design, but you know what? I like it. It works well, it does the job it needs to do, so what else can you ask for. It’s cheap, has a lot of songs and great customer service. They are very helpful and make buying music online easy and simple.
